Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, has signed a decree the day gone by (July 25), allowing visa-free commute for residents of Turkey.
in line with the decree, holders of deepest and service passports will be able to go back and forth to Russia for any goal. previously, residents of Turkey could handiest make visa-free travels for short-term company journeys.
The decree spoke of that it could be carried out on a reciprocal foundation. citizens of Russia would not have to obtain a visa for their travels to Turkey as much as 60 days.
Moscow had added the visa regime as a part of financial sanctions towards Turkey after its F-16 jets downed a Su-24 of Russia on the on account of air space violation on November 24, 2015.
Putin's decree coincided with the completion of the first batch of the S-400 air defense techniques' beginning.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said that the decree is "the fruit of the nice and cozy members of the family and talk with Russia," in a joint press convention with Malaysian leading Minister Mahathir bin Mohamad. (AÖ/VK)
